Actually, M-H, K's Tour de Fleece is the first ether-contest that I've ever considered entering. But I won't have the time, unfortunately, what with work and kid's wedding.
However, I would never discount spinning. I always said I would never spin or weave. Um, well. Never say "never."

Listen to Mar -- I'm also one of those "I'll never spin" folks. And now look at what I'm up to.
And it's not really a contest, really. Really. I'm not going to be setting a goal that will bust a gut, and I hope others don't, either. I see this as kind of a zen exercise.
BTW, happy belated birthday -- my "little" sister turned 40 on June 5th, and I can't figure out where the years have gone.

Yes, I always said spinning and weaving were the final steps into total fibre madness.
Now I'm doing both. At least it's not hard drugs.
