Not only have we recently moved to brand new digs that are very comfortable, light and airy, we have staff members who will go the extra mile. One of them has blogged here about our 2010 Christmas diorama - an entire gingerbread village. Go and have a look - it really is amazing.
I am still here, albeit exhausted and winding down. I assume this is due to having been ill, work and PhD overload and reaching the end of feels like a very busy year. I have two short posts in draft, but need to plug the camera in to complete each, and I jsut can't seem to get to it. My brain is so fried that we nearly went to the Sydney Summer Knit in Public at the Opera House on Saturday rather than Sunday, when it was held, due to my not reading the details properly. I take that as A Sign that I am overloaded in the brain department and am now thinking as little as possible. Luckily, our Vice-Chancellor has decided to close the University down a week before Christmas, so I have only a few more days of work.
